HOW TO GET STARTED
STEP 1 - PICK YOUR SCENT
Click on the button below to view our full fragrance library and order fragrance samples. A fragrance sample box is $20 for 16 scent samples or $50 for our full fragrance library samples. The samples come in small pieces of wax inside containers. (They are not full size candles)
STEP 2 - CHOOSE YOUR PRODUCT
After selecting your scent, choose the product you wish to have designed.
STEP 3 - START DESIGN PROCESS WITH OUR DESIGNERS
Once you have chosen the jars size/color and box type, you are ready to start working with one of our in-house designers. There is a $100 design fee for creating the print files with your logo and design. This fee is good for 2 hours of design. If more changes are needed to the design, there is an additional $40 per hour. To start the design process, just click on the link below. You will need to send us your logo in EPS format for this process. Once you approved your artwork, you are ready to place your order.
STEP 4 - PLACE A REORDER
Whenever you are ready to place your order, all you have to do is send us an email to customerservice@privatelabelcandles.com. All orders must be prepaid prior to production. Lead times may vary depending on quantities and product availability. You may call us for a more accurate lead time prior to placing your order by dialing 786.991.2260.
